I don’t think the comic itself is completely SFW, either. 19 Days’ illustrations especially contain NSFW-level of nudity, and some of them are at the very least suggestive in a sexual way: Albeit it’s usually less graphic and the story’s overall focus is different. I doubt we will ever get to yaoi-level of NSFW, but shounen-ai - which is 19 Days’ genre - can very well have NSFW content, too. I’m assuming you meant NSFW in the sense of graphic sexual content, but if you look at 19 Days from the whole definition’s point of view, I think it already is somewhat NSFW. According to Wikipedia, NSFW stands for “not safe for work” and is used to refer to material that contains nudity, intense sexuality, profanity, violence, or other potentially disturbing subject matter.
